NYC, NY "XXX" - Friday Night

Anyone want to see XXX tonight? Samuel L. Jackson and Vin Diesel.. looks like fun.

 

Aysa and I are catching a 6:20 showing at Kips Bay tonight.
I thought you were planning for saturday Will?

I'm not a big fan of Vin Diesel. Would say how i feel about him. But I don't know him in persion.

 

I'm beaching this weekend, but I was planning on a Sunday evening showing perhaps...

 

That looks fun? Good grief...someone bring back AOTC.

Well, I went to AMC tonight on 42nd and they are STILL playing AOTC in DLP. YAY! I already went to see XXX, so anyone up for AOTC at the AMC??

Saw it last night...and I loved it..but I'm a big fan of total blow-em-up action flicks. And thats exactly what it was.
Ahh..the nice thing of being open minded....you can enjoy so many different types of movies and get your money's worth.

 

I agree with you Mayhem. I like all kinds of movies, especially action flicks. Yeah, I think Vin was an added bonus, but he's not all that great of an actor. He did surprise me.

 

Vin has charisma, which is what makes him cool. I love Fast and the Furious and have watched it tons of times on DVD(plus I love fast cars and racing)

 

Xander Cage is a damn cool character. It was a good action flick. I was quite pleased. I got was I was looking for.

Vin Diesel is the action star of today and years to come.

He already signed on to do xXx to the second power

 

Vin's pretty cool. Fast & Furious was a good flick. Paul Walker killed it, but Vin made up for it. I hated Pitch Black though. I thought it was horrid. XXX is due out on December 31 on DVD, just to let all of you know.

 

ya, Pitch Black was real bad. Naturally, a sequel is on the way...

 

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? A sequel to Pitch Black? That movie was horrible!

 

Maybe the sequel will be better now that Vin is the man. I could not even sit through Pitch Black.

 

I got through a half hour of Pitch Black and HAD to shut it off. It just went nowhere!
