Considering the length of the season, plus playoffs, I think 24 for a perfect week(or most accurate for the week) would be a coolbeans idea.

I must remember to get my winning picks in this weekend since I will be gone camping all next week and weekend.

 

I put my picks in and have no idea what I'm doing!

 

Don't forget to assign confidence point values.
Just making picks wins you nothing.

Assign higher numbers to the games you are most confident in.
Games that are too close and you're not sure go with lower numbers.

At the end of the week it doesn't matter who has the most right.
I goes by total confidence points won.

2 right picks of 15 and 16 equal 31.
6 right picks of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 only equal 15.

While you beat that person 6 picks right to their 2 picks right they win because they won on the games with high confidence.

Do we all get it now?

The only problem is the confident points like 2, 4 or 15. It is really rare that happens.

It doesn't have to do with winning by that amount of points.

The confidence points are how confident you are that your pick is correct. So you can be 16 points confident that the Patriots are going to win this weekend. If they do, no matter how many points they win by, you get 16 points.

(Unless I'm completely understanding this wrong)

 

That has nothing to do with confidence points.

Confidence points just means you assign the highest point value to the game you are most confident you have right.

Don't confuse confidence and spread.

i only got 5, but i had no clue which giants (or redskins) was gonna show up. however the one's i put those kind of numbers on i have no doubts about.

I was using that account the week the draft started and thought it might confuse ppl if I switched mid-draft.

So I used it until the end.

I was trying to prove a point that I could log out for a month without using my account.
And then I had the draft pop up.
So it gave me some insentive.
Even though I wound up posting in the YJCC with it anway. lol
So in the end it was pointless.
