Arafat is most likely damned. He was an unrepentant theif, liar, and murderer among other things.

I'd say there's a 99.999999999999% chance that he's stoking the fires with Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot, and his friends in the suicide bombing squad from Hamas, Hezbollah, PFLP, and (formerly) Al Asqa's Martyr's Brigades.
