I don't know cbjedi from Adam's house cat, other than through my very limited interactions with him. He seems good enough.

What I'm curious about is the logic that was followed to determine that he would be the best choice to moderate the Community forum. By my count, he only has 96 posts in that forum this year, with 95% of those coming in the last 10 days. Of those, over half are in what are essentially "social threads," which are currently banned under the existing JCC Reform plan. Of those posts, 41 of them, or 43% of the total are in the BYS social thread.

He may do just fine, but what sort of justification was given for sending him into the JCC despite his apparent lack of participation there, at least to this point? One of the points that many have made over the last several weeks is the lack of participation by the JCC mods in the Community forum. Does this not further compound that issue?

That said, good luck, cbjedi, and I hope you don't take this as any sort of a slight on your character. Please don't. This is more of a question to those making the selection so that everyone may understand their logic.
