Yellow circles during the lightsaber duel in ANH?

    Where those yellow squares that flash during the lightsaber duel, always there?

    Never seemed to notice them, what are they for?

    There have always been flashes in the duel. Originally it was supposed to be a big flash when the sabers hit each other. During the rotoscoping, though, they made a big flash whenever the sabers crossed, even if they weren't touching. They do seem more yellow/green on the DVD's though.
