Art Archive Yellow Dart's Graphic Art - Fanfic Posters

Hi! I am not exactly an artist. I can't draw and I am so envious of those who can. I have fairly recently tried my hand at graphic art making hundreds (thousands?) of 100x100 avatars a few wellpapers and banners and several fanfic posters. For my most recent story, that I have not startaed posting, and am not planning to post until it is finished, I have made 6 covers, and I am honestly not sure which one I like the best.

(all of the images I used came from Padme's Wardrobe and The Moons of Iego

 

Great stuff! I really like the one with Anakin resting his chin on Padmé's head. The cut-off area you gave the image really gives it emotion. It's very touching. The placement of the title really works in that one too. Keep up the good work!

 

I like them all, but I think my favorite is the last one with Ani and Padme enbracing.

I like what you do with the colour hues of the images and the way in which they are cut - especially with Anakin's chin resting above Padme's head. Basement24 is right when he says that one holds so much emotion. Not only do you manage to work in the text it a good position, but also with just the right font (at least it looks right to me ). They all look great.

Thank you all so much! I love making these photo manipulations because it makes me feel artistic (when I was always the least artistic person I knew). I am so happy you like the one with their heads cut off because I think it is pretty cool, but I wasn't sure if other people would like it.

 

Wow, YellowDart, those are great! I love your use of dull, muted colors - it looks really cool! I really like the last one - the closeup of Anakin resting his chin on Padme's head. As I said, the colors in it are great, plus the I love the composition of it! The title going through the middle is great - it looks like the cover of a real novel to me! I also like the second to last one, because I just love that picture of Padme in the Green robe.

 

Those are really good. Very simplistic and tasteful. I look forward to seeing more.

Hey, they are phantastic! My fav is Padmé in the blue dress, it almost looks like she's reaching with the force to someone.
