For those of you who haven't seen this movie..

SEE IT. It is both beautiful, interesting and action packed at the same time. The beatles really pull it off with this one (In my opinion of course) If you are not a fan of acid trip made movies, then don't see it :p

If you want the link to the actual movie, PM me. :)

A big Beatles and Yellow Submarine fan here! :D It's my most favourite Beatles film of all five. The animation is great, the songs are awesome, and I especially love the word plays:

"I wonder what happens if I pull this lever."
    "Oh, you mustn't do that!"
    "Can't help it. I'm a born Lever-puller."

    "What day is it today?"
    "Sitarday."
    "Then George will be here."

    "There's a school of whales."
    "It's a bit small for a school."
    "University, then."
    "University of W(h)ales...?"

    "Looks like a Cyclops."
    "But he has two eyes."
    "A Bicyclops, then."
    "A whole Cyclopedia!"

    And of course...

    "Break the glass."
    "We can't. It's Beatleproof."
    "Nothing is Beatleproof!"

    and

    "Beatles to battle!"

    :D [face_love] [face_love]

All in all, it's a really lovely and funny psychedelic fairy tale. :)

I laughed hard at the Cyclops line. :p

I also adored the nobody character, he was quite witty. :p

I've seen it, but it's been awhile. I chiefly remember the Liverpool scenes.

    I liked this one too:

"Can't we take one of these?"
"No. I only work with my mates."
    "Frankenstein?"
"I used to go out with his sister."
    "His sister?"
    "Yeah. Phyllis."

What about Ringo's "I got a hole in me pocket!"?

My Dad brought this movie home when I was about seven and I only liked it back then as it was a cartoon. I knew hardly anything about the beatles, or their music, just the cartoon.

The glove is my favourite character.

The songs are catchy too, especially the theme song.

Yeah, that's a classic. And I also really liked Max's response to the Big Meanie when he asked desperately where should they go: "Argentina?" :p So random and with a funny accent.
