sadly, last night, i made the announcement to those who were at the meet that i will be stepping down from my post as CR. it's a hard thing to do and it's taken me months of consideration, but due to personal issues i've been having, it's something i've got to do. this doesn't mean i'll be leaving the squad! i'll still be around and i'll still post - maybe not as much as episode 3 gets closer and closer because of spoilers (and the icons TFN has chosen to allow on the JC boards!) but i trust you guys to label your threads the only fair thing to do is to have you guys hold another election, like you did for me. until the time you've chosen a replacement, i will continue to hold the fort down. it's been an absolute pleasure to serve you guys. taking this fanforce from its inception and its early days to where it is now has been one of the best experiences of my life. i'm really fond of and thankful for the friendships i've made through this network. may the force be with you all. carrie

Indeed, you have been a great assest to this group. We'll miss you as our leader, but hopefully we won't miss you at the meetings.

Sorry I'm late...thanks for helping to kick things off with this group. I don't know what I'd do if I weren't able to escape MIT and Boston and hang out with you guys once in a while. As for the election thread, just a suggestion...it might be best to wait until after we have our chat this week.
Even tho I'm not "official" I'm sorry to see you go. Just hanging around the boards it was easy to see what a great CR you are/were. Good luck with that whole spoiler free thing =P
