San Diego, CA Yet Another Costuming Workshop, Saturday July 12th

Grey Jedi's house is open again for the last workshop before Comic-Con. Stop by anytime after 11am Saturday, July 12th. The garage has lots of work space and I'll be doing last minute sewing projects.

Be there....or don't be there.

 

If anyone can make me Anakin boots for Comic Con, I will be there

 

I may stop by, tho the changes I need to make to my IRG are very minor..

We'll be there. What time is this likely to start at? Or should I phrase it more like..when are we welcome to start showing at the door?
We have two things to do before heading over..Jon's car needs to get smogged and we need to be here to get the contractor started. Other than that we're good. We should be getting the bodysuit tonight but if that falls through then we'll be adding that to our morning list as well.

I have ordered sandwiches from Subway and would appreciate any donations you could make to defray the cost. It's a little more expensive than pizza (about $30) but I'm tired of pizza.

In my defense...I'm getting a lot of unneeded help today...

Well, I'm only bringing 2 costumes this year, decided to leave the Colonial Marine at home this year... will have to debut it at another event

Ghostbusting will be on Thursday and Friday, maybe Sunday too.

I'll probably be stopping by for a bit because, frankly, I ain't got nothing better to do today. Will bring money for lunch. Besides, we've had three of these things and no photo album pictures to show for it...

EDIT: Donna, what is the exit off the freeway to get to your house? I can picture the rest of the drive there, but no exit...

apparently there are some black buttons in a sandwich bag as well as some parts that were painted grey (two small squares with groves drilled out of them..ear pieces..and two cylinder halves...O2 tank...

Jason, I have your roll of nylon webbing it was in the box..we'll bring it on Monday.
