Yet... *Another* New member...

I kinda posted before I introduced myself, so let's back-up...


I live in Aurora, right smack dab in the middle of Target, and Wallmart by Quincy and Buckley, and Work right smack dab in the middle of Target and Wallmart near the Aurora Mall.

Anyway, I am glad I found a place that shares my enthus about Toys! It's refreshing! Although I am pretty broke right now, and *Trying* to figure (no pun intended) out how I am gonna survive April 23, ARGHHH, it is wonderfull to be here and I am looking forward to meeting you all!

Anybody used to work at the Official Fan Club?

(While it was still here?)

 

Closest I came was being a Volunteer at the last Celebration, through Starland.

 

I had an old friend (Brian) that used to work there... What ever happened to Starland???

 

Nothing happened to Starland, they've been doing the StarCon/StarFest conventions for 25 years (next one is in 2 weeks), selling merchandise retail, on the web etc.

Boy you'd think they pay me
I even have to compete with everyone else for free movie passes.

 

Did they move? They used to be on Evans, now?

 

They don't keep a retail store, they closed it a couple of years ago. They only sell stuff on the web now.
