    Well I thought as May draws in and June is around the corner (baseball etc). I would present this now :)

    [image=http://petridish.net/pics/12000/YoungJediNiagra.JPG]

    I had this prototype made by a talented patch maker in BC, and he quite proudly attached it to his patch flag at C3, so it was very cool to see.

    How much you ask?

    How it will run is quite simple...

    If we get 50 patches, each will be $7.50
    If we get 100 however they will be $3.25

    I figure either way we can get lots and sell lots at events and such we can charge more and give proceeds to Womens place as well as club money. The fact it has nothing saying Jedi, Star Wars or any variation helps ;)

    Let me know your thoughts!

    If we can get a commitment of 100 patches, I'll buy 10. The extras can be used for donations or sold individually.

    The cost will be only $32.50 then. Certainly we can find 9 other people who are willing to do the same, and take advantage of the bulk pricing.

    They are being made by Randy. Same person who makes the 501st and Rebel Legion Canada patch. So if you've seen my RL patch thats the size and you can see the quality. Its 3 inches across.

    I saw the patch myself at C3. Looks nice, thats why I have no problem getting 10 of them.

    Fine, but if you're playing the blonde card...I get to play the dreaded Race Card

    [image=http://www.petridish.net/pics/12097/racecard6nf.jpg]

    I win!

    Anyways back on topic, I'd probably find a place for one of those patches too, though I wouldn't be buying 10 or anything ;)

    As for the ruler, I couldn't tell what it was. Could be my monitor though. It's too dark for me to be able to tell what that was.

    I'd love to get one, or two, I could sew it on to something with my 501st patch that I got from them when they were handing them out at one of the parades. :D

    Apparently I've made a mistake while posting when I'm tired, Thank you Woofer for pointing it out to me. [face_eyeroll]

    If you can only get 50 I can only buy two, but if you can get closer to 100, I can get three. :) Does that help?

    Looks like something one of the cast members would wear in the show STAR GATE SG1. Could it be Justin has a duel purpose in mind ;)

    I think easily we can get up to 25, I really hope we can get 50 out of this so we can have the coolest Fanforce patch out there ;)

    Don't kick me for saying this...but isn't it a bit plain? I mean there is no writing to inform the public that its YJN..or say the 501st etc..

    Just curious.

    Writing would have been more costly and more time consuming. Good logos stand on their own.

    I prefer it plain, it's recognised by fellow nerds, but not the same as writing the term "Young Jedi" on your knapsack... ;)

    ie: People aren't going to come up to me and ask "So do you really believe in the *snicker* Force?"
