It looks like the face is too stretched, it you squash the face, it might look more like Yoda.

That first one looks very nice. Not like Yoda, but more like a 300 year old version of Yoda's species. Looks good though as a model.

It looks like a monkey. But nice. Too far from Yoda though.

Man the skin detail is amazing. Again it doesn't look like Yoda, but like someone of his specie, but it looks good. Have you taken a picture of Yoda and put it side by side with your photo? That should help.

Starting to look more like him, it's something about the eyes and the mouth that make him look different. The shaders are amazing, a lot of detail there. Wish I could make something like that!
    Keep up the awesome work.

Somethings not right with the eyes....he has that blind dog eyes to me. As if Yoda can't see. Its really close the over all look. I'm not sure if the skin color is alittle off, but its getting closer.

I dont really think that the texture is most of the problem. I think it could be the mesh as well. He looks like a really grumpy Yoda, not like the peaceful Yoda we know. The cheeks sag too low. Try making that v-shaped indention above his eyes a little smoother. It is also possible that it could be from when you transferred the model to c4d. I know that when I open models in blender from when I used to use anim8or, it is almost horrible. Try showing a render form Zbrush.

ya, that looks more like him. But I still think the cheeks are the problem. They make him look waaayyy older than ep3 Yoda, so I would do something their.

Looks nice. Did you show it on ZBrush Central?

I agree though that the cheeks are too low, makes him look lke a bulldog. And I thi nk you need more diffuse in his eyes (are those modelled eyes or just hte eyes from your background image, because I would try and get some 3d eyes and put them in there)

Would you mind posting a tutorial?

The forehead is too big... and the nose needs to be squashed into the face a bit more... and the ears must be slightly longer and pointier...and the eyes are not big enough

Make the green colored part of the eye much bigger. Yoda doesn't have much white in his eyes.

It looks pretty good. Although there are major proportion problems with the legs in particular. Remember Yoda was only 2'2" tall.
