Yoda in Episode I Question

I Have question about the Yoda in Episode I and here it is:

Q: In the year 2001 TPM came out on DVD with the puppet version of Yoda and in the 2007 it will be released again but with digital Yoda.
Here is the Question I really like the second disc that came out for the 2001 version but I really want TPM with the digital Yoda, in the 2007, how do I keep both the second disc of the 2001 version of TPM and the 2007 verson of the film with the digital yoda.

Did this make sense

 

You buy the new version and then stick the 2001 Disc 2 into the box. Simple as that.

 

That's pretty much it right there.

 

They sell dvd cases that hold 4 discs.

You think it's that easy, do you? Well you had better get Lucas's blessing on this. Do you think he would stand for an Original ANH VHS in a box with the ESB and ROTJ SE releases? I don't think so. He would come banging on your door, wish you happy Empire Day, Arrest you himself, explain that you weren't keeping your collection current with his vision, and send you off to work at some Gulag making Jar-Jar Binks Characters. Mixing your personal set of DVD's up like that is clearly grounds for fierce punishment.

Do we know for certain that the box set is coming out in 2007...cause if so, thats frickin' sweet
