Did anyone else notice that the motion blur on his saber was at a CONSTANT 30 degree angle? That's REALLY FAST! I think we're about to see a new breed of fanfilms with that kind of fighting in mind.

 

Oh my! He was super fly. I didn't know he carried a lightsaber (well I assumed so but I never saw it before) Dang that was cool when he whipped it out!

 

yeah i agree- but did anyone else hear that Sam Jackson had "BMF" inscribed on the bottom of his lightsaber? That is so cool!! Totally Sam

I wonder if you guys really mean all the cool thing you're saying about the movie AOTC. I just saw it, and the Yoda fighting scene reminded me of KUNG POW ENTER THE FIST (the scene with the baby doing the Bruce Lee movements). Yes. Just as cheesy. I also think it took a lot of seriousness off the film. To tell you the truth I was really dissapointed because I truly believe that it should've been Obi Wan Kenobi kicking the old man's butt. Not Yoda who can barely walk using his cane and all of the sudden moves faster than Rey Misterio Jr. Get real folks!

He may be old, and when he's on his own he uses his cane. But when he's using the force, he's the most powerful being in the galaxy. Woudl you rather have Yoda suck at everyhting except lifting things?

 

i just loved his little grunt of pain after Dooku escapes and he retrieves his staff...

No, it means I've had a VERY hard time with my video camera's motion blur control. I am NOT as far gone down the Star Wars Madness as you'd like to think.

I'm speaking as one who KNOWS how hard it would have been to rotoscope that lightsaber if it weren't a CGI character swinging it.


And YOU Darth_Fig, you have NO RIGHT to tell anyone in the Star Wars Universe to "Get Real." IT'S NOT REAL TO BEGIN WITH!!!!!!

 

that was the coolest part of the movie!

i started chanting yoda! and then my brother did it and soon the whole theatre was chanting YODA!YODA!YODA!YODA!

it was so cool i have never had a theatre chanting something that i started

yeah, I didn't like the way he had to really strain to move things wiht the force... he moved the X-wing so easily.
