The most eagerly anticipated fan film of all time is here.

Four years in the making, with a cast and crew of over two hundred, and a budget exceeding $30,000. It is a nine part series lasting over twelve hours.

Okay, it's a little Flash short I made that didn't get accepted to AtomFilms.

    You're right, that sucked. [face_plain]

Why not RLR? It was enough of a parody that the RLolaR part would have been allowed, I think...

For what it's worth, I enjoyed that one more than some of the films that were accepted. :)

The animation was okay. It seems like Yoda's head is floating in an anti-grav chamber. And I could barely hear what Yoda says.

I chuckled at seeing Yoda do standup. Never get tired of that VCR bit ;)
Oh, and at first the Attack of the Clones bit escaped me- but on the 2nd viewing I realized...
BLUE SCREEN! (I'm not the sharpest tool in the woodshed.)
I agree with FX guy- at least I didn't turn your movie off half way through it. I can't say the same for a few of the films in the contest.

    Keep em coming Adam...

Upping, making responses. Thanks for watching, guys.

Who did the voice of Yoda?

As the credits state, I did. :)

    You're right, that sucked. [face_plain]

    Aw, c'mon. Play nice. :(

    Why not RLR?

A variety of reasons. I had a boatload of copyrighted sound effects (not just SW ones)... Getting releases woulda been a royal pain...
But there were also personal reasons, which I shall not get into here.

For what it's worth, I enjoyed that one more than some of the films that were accepted.

For what it's worth, coming from the creator of one of the best fan films both on AtomFilms and off, I'm quite flattered :D

It seems like Yoda's head is floating in an anti-grav chamber.

Which part? The little promotional graphic of "That's Our Wacky Yoda", or when his head actually is attached to his body?

I chuckled at seeing Yoda do standup. Never get tired of that VCR bit

Heh. The original concept for this 'film' was Yoda doing standup for two minutes.

You know, I feel I didn't make it clear how I felt.

It sucked. But I too watched the whole thing. And it held my attention the whole way through.

The atomsfilms ones, tho.... some of them both sucked and blew at the same time.

I feel compelled to give this a review for 2 reasons. I consider Adam one of my few friends here, and I really respect the twisted humor that he offers up to this place. Well, besides that, I really wanted to see what the author of RLR had up his sleeve.

In short, I think that the ideas that were presented were great. But the actual execution of the project was rushed.

In not-so-short, I think that if you did this project without the Atom Films competition being a factor, you could have expanded on every idea in every scene, thereby making this project 100 times better.

I chuckled a few times - the AOTC bluescreen and the stand up bit. I actually really like the Jennifer Aniston thing, just cuz I think she's hot and it was a cute pop culture shot!

I don't think it 'sucks' as you've repeatedly said. And, I certainly agree with the sentiment that it is a LOT better than some of those accepted as finalists!

Thanks for watching and commenting, all...

    That took you 4 years?

Read my initial post carefully, dude. It would have taken three, but I could only hire two hundred crew members. I'm not made of money.

Yoda doing stand up,maybe you could make an extended spin off.

    Don't tempt me.

the actual execution of the project was rushed.

Yeah. I just didn't have the time or the inclination to really go all-out. Some of the visuals were less-than-fantastic.

Best Yoda in a Fan Film to date.

My word! I'd be honored to have my Yoda stand alongside those of PA Wars and House Wars!
