Flo, du kennst wohl Odan nicht. Der meint die ganze Aktion, wenn nicht sogar mal wieder das ganze Forum. Sowas ist zu ignorieren ;)

Verdammt... Du warst leider schneller... Danke für die Hilfe, Senny.

Du hast so einiges verpaßt, Flo. ;)

LOL, I fully plan on coming here for German help. They're very lenient with how we say and write things, since we're just beginning. Once I get into upper level though, lots of essays and lots of help. ;)

So yeah, first question. I'm not understanding the difference between sie and Sie (besides the fact that one is capitalized :p ).

Oh, that is hard to explain.
Sie/sie has the meaning of "you" ("We need you.", "Wir brauchen Sie.") and "they" ("We need them", "Wir brauchen sie."). If you're talking to a single person, who isn't a friend, then you use "Sie" and if you are speaking about a group of people, then you use "sie".

But to make it a bit easier for you, only in letters or in direct speech in books we use capitalized "Sie" or "Du". It's a form of respect. And here at the boards we use only "du/Du", which is both the same. :)

I hope this makes it a bit clearer. But if there's still a question, let us know. :)

    Sí, hablo español. :D

Um.. Well, besides English, I know Spanish, a tiny bit of American Sign Language, and what little bit I've learned in German so far. :)

And as for Yoda, who knows. If what we fear has happened (Yoda may have been stripped down and sold for parts), we might just send a new Yoda. I mean, it's not like they're incredibly expensive collectibles. This Yoda just had special meaning. :(

It's the same here with the (German?) Sign Language. ;) But for Spanish I'm still taking classes and will have to for some more months/years. ;)

That's... mean. I still hope that he'll appears suddenly. But the chances are low I guess. :(

    [face_laugh] [face_laugh]

Well, our own "Scotland Yard" (London's Chapter Rep and one of the RSA's) are still looking for him, so right now we really don't care what we find, as long as we find out what happened. :(

And yes, German Sign Language is different than American Sign language. Almost every country has their own form. :D (England's Sign Language = crazy! 8-} )

And hey, if you ever need help with Spanish, don't hesitate to ask! :D

    No word on Yoda still.

And now something you guys will find hilarious.

So, while doing German homework, I was going over the names of countries. I got slightly aggitated when I saw that some were cognates but others were not. I think noticed that England in German is "England," but Great Britain is "Großbritannien." I asked my friend "Why does England get to be "England," but Britain gets some crazy name like Großbritannien??"

Then I remembered what groß means.

    I love blonde moments. :p

Yay!!! Great news. I knew he would just take the opportunity and spend some weeks on some distant beach lying in the sun.

Damn, I have to recall the Clone Army which was going to look for him :p

Ehm, when should he come to Germany then?

Edit: Walse -> France -> Germany

Seems we need another meeting soon. ;) :D

    Yoda is in Midlands, England!

My best estimate for when he will be in Deutschland is around Dec 28-January 1 (sometime around the new year). :D

Quick update: I already talked to Skiara about this, but I figured I'd just tell everyone. We reopened the tour last night to any other fanforces that wish to join. In less than 24 hours, I got word that Greece, Denmark, Sweden, and three more North American fanforces wished to join. Even though we have new additions to the tour, the plan still goes like this:

Yoda should be in Wales by either today or tomorrow. He will then go to France then come to Germany. After that, you guys get off the hook and get to send Yoda to Denmark instead of Malaysia. :D

    That's it for now.

Now who wants to write my German essay for me? ;)
