    You Do Not Sense It
or, A Sith Meditation on Killing My Master

    Master, you hear me
    As I disembark, cold
    Fear
    Anger
My ship has brought me to you
    As you have forseen

    The Jedi I have killed
    Were sacrifices to you
    Master
    Master,
There are many more out there
    I cannot do it alone

    Yes, you hear me arrive
    You can taste my rage
    Suffering
    Pain
    I have delivered these things
    To your enemies

But, you do not sense my thoughts
Dwelling on you and what you have
    Power
    Strength
You do not sense my intentions
As I walk down the hall

    Do you hear my breathing
    From many rooms away?
    Soft
    Measured
If you could only hear the voice
    My breathing has

    Your door is shut, Master
As is my mind to you
    Anger
    Anger
    A satiated rage boils deep
    I claim lives for myself

    These Jedi I have taken
And sent on their fated way
    Mine
    Mine
    These sacrifices were for me
To show that I can strike out

    Your door is open, Master
Do you sense your death upon you?
    Fear
    No
    You are above such things
So much power has made you weak

You do not see your coming fate
Do not sense that it is my turn
    Hot
    Red
    My saber will soon glow
    And fill this dark room

With all I am destined to be

Wow, that's all I can say. Excellently done, Panakas_Dawg. I especially loved this part:

    My saber will soon glow
    And fill this dark room

Brrr. I got chills just reading that! Well done!

Thanks, Geith_Jiseo. I'm glad you liked it.

And I'm glad you got the right amount of "chills" from it.

Creepy. I liked it - at times (like the Master, Master, and I cannot do it alone lines) it seemed almost plaintive, and then it became dark, as the Sith thought of his Master's weaknesses, and how he was going to kill him. [face_devil]

 Whoa... that was great. It creates such a dark atmosphere. Very fitting for the Sith.

    Great work Panakas_Dawg! =D=

Thank you for your feedback, everyone. I'm glad the atmosphere came across for everyone as well as it did. It's hard to do without sounding cheesy, sometimes.

More SW poems in the works.

I love how made the Apprectice hate his Master.
