That feeling after you'd had a swim in your pool, and it's a steaming hot day but you feel nice and cool, and the breze almost feels cold.

    beer.

The refreshing sensation of biting cold beer flowing down your gullet. The bubbly aftertaste on the back of your tongue. The gentle relaxing sensation. The icy bottle in your hand.

    beer.

Little wafer-type biscuits curled up, filled with Mars, Snickers, Bounty or Twix.
(And no, I Googled for some pix but couldn't find any.)

    ..I have more

Those times where you get to chat with an old friend for more than a 15 minute interrupted shallow chit-chat session. When you remember why you were friends in the first place, and feel so glad that these people are still in your life.

    That's really good.

Doing the right thing. (Hear me out on this one.)

I've chipped in for the tsunami appeal, but it didn't make me feel like I was really "doing the right thing". Yesterday I got too much change back when buying an Ice Break, told the guy and gave him back the extra.
He was surprised by my honesty and said so. that made me feel better than contributing to a charitable organisation. Go figure... But yeah, it's a good thing. I think.

Now, if it had of been something like $50 change, I'd have had to consider it. :p

Sunrises over water, with lots of high cirrus cloud, and a few chunky cumulo mediocris clouds to follow the transition from dark grey, through the red spectrum. Reddish, pinks, golds, yellows...
Of course, where you are to observe these daily marvels can make all the difference.

Getting the part you wanted in a theatre play you just auditioned for. Makes all the nerves and waiting worthwhile.

Reading "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus" Yes it is actually quite a good experience to know how to not talk to girls.

I really don't know what else is good except maybe being able to sit back and relax and no one bothers you for a while.

Lying under a large blanket on a cold evening, reading a good book, with a thunderstorm outside.

Exercising for an hour, having a shower/swim, then emerging just as Doctor Who starts.

HEHE...who is this guy..cracks me up.

I've got those fond Dr Who feelings too. I always get a little heart flutter when I hear the theme music, and after watching it t alittle the night before last, and realising it really isn't suitable for my 19 month old, I realised that it was pretty darn scary!! the later Tom Baker ones anyway.

What's good today..... waiting for Battlestar Galactica tonight!! woohoo

    Oh yeah!

(Psst Kahlan, notice the name "Ronald D Moore" in the credits.... *cough* Next Gen, DS9 *cough* )

Sooooo, will we get to see Dead like Me here on free-to-air, or is it a case of borrowing DVDs, like I intend to do with the first season of Battlestar Galactica?
