Glad to know I'm not the only one! [face_laugh]

Sometimes I think predictive typing has a low opinion of my characters, particularly Ezra, because it has suggested that he had a spring in his "pants" (as well as his lightsaber) and that he'd picked up a few "women" (um, no. I was trying to say he'd picked up a few WORDS in Mandalorian, thanks.)

It was fun. Okay, it was stressful too, but having the deadline was helpful, because it forced me to ignore other plot bunnies and finish that story. That's not to say I'll be working on deadlines all the time now.

YKYAFFWW... you procrastinate writing a 750 essay by starting a new fic and writing 1750 words of it :p

...when you end up with outtakes because you kept starting in the wrong place. (Yep. I had to go backwards to go forwards. Again. Not that there's anything wrong with that...)

Addicted to TVTropes... isn't that all of us? ;)

...when you have to look up ways to get a job in Antarctica. (Apparently, that's hard to do...)

...when you can't use any quotes from Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy because (a) the character was born in 1918, and (b) hasn't been introduced to Douglas Adams yet. (They are so going to fix this...)

When you lament the fact that your OCs are allowed to swear worse than you are..... and you don't even swear that bad.

...you use your hyperfocus ability to respond to four things, because otherwise your brain just goes "la la la la la la la la meow meow meow meow".

...you had a "la la la la meow meow" moment yesterday and totally screwed up a comment, and you're usually the person that notices everything.

...Crossovers come unbidden into your mind. Just now I imagined a Rogue One/Kingdom Hearts (That is one giant crossover btw)/And 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo crossover. I'll probably write it as I watch Rogue One on BluRay Wednesday night.

Wyoming, Oregon, Indiana...is this a SW fic? Or NSWFF? There are so many places here named after places people left; I live very close to Vienna. No horses, pastry not nearly as decadent.

Fun fact: Wyoming (the state) is named after the Wyoming Valley in Pennsylvania, but the town of Wyoming, Rhode Island was incorporated in 1757. So we had it first. (I sound like Chekov - "Wyoming was a Russian inwention.")

YKYAFFW when you write yourself to sleep at night.

I found that out some months ago and had to search for the term meaning, too. Basically, like a government version of a hamlet and a village.
