...when a facebook SW posts shows a scantily clad female in an R2 costume you point out that the designs are on backwards and is not an accurate portrayal of the body design of an R2 unit.

 

...you relize you are posting on a Star Wars forum, while posting and reading a facebook Star Wars fan page, while watching Star Wars Rebels, while wearing a Star Wars t-shirt.

 

....you start thinking about the scientific studies on multitasking after you read this post.

 

...All the "12 days of Christmas music" adverts on the radio make you cringe because you know the days are after the 25th, not before.

 

You know your a Christmas nerd when...

You geek out over Christmas music played by a grocery store's mascot lion.

 

You read these posts and remember you were speaking to an expert on the human brain about multitasking this weekend at a party.

 

...You quote this for the sake of quotational parallelism.

 

...it occurs to you that the Sarlacc's poop is 1,000 years old.

You can pick up the "Whilem Scream" in both Star Wars and non-Star Wars movies from about a mile away. Like a nerd dog whistle.

 

And groan when it's used on a major character's on-screen death. *cough*TheHobbit*cough*

...when a Marine claimed the title of "warrior" and said as a result the Sith are closer to the reality of warriors I told him he lacks understanding of Star Wars and that he would be neither a jedi or Sith, but a lowly, random trooper.
