The premise is a computer programmer and vigilante hacker who has social anxiety disorder. You, the audience, are a figment in his head along for the ride. There isn't much action, but there's a lot of suspense and thrill. And the show is so expertly made that you'd expect to see "Executive Producer, Vince Gilligan" at the end.

It's still only in season one so you have time to catch up.

Get on it.

I suppose I can at some point, but there's just not enough interest for me yet for it.

Looks like I have to wait a month before it airs here. I will do my best to watch.

I caught a couple of minutes of an episode a couple of weeks ago, while in the break room at my Target... in those couple of minutes, Christian Slater lit up a cigarette on a subway platform, despite being told that there was no smoking allowed there. That was nice.

 

I'm glad it had something you could relate to.

 

I've been recording it all but haven't watched it yet for a variety of reasons. It's high on my list.

 

I assumed everyone here was watching it. And came to the obvious conclusion that it's essentially fight club in terms of imaginary characters.

But it's great. And Humans is slightly better and not quite as ham-fisted.

So... uh. quite a twist last night. Guess we have to doubt everything on the show now.

started this last night after finishing catching up to better call saul...

really good stuff. bit annoyed with myself that it took me until episode 3 to realize that there was fight clubbery afoot. when mr robot showed up at elliot's work was what gave it away. like they just let some dude in there

haven't spoiled myself but pretty convinced at this point as ive made it to the middle of episode 4 and nobody except elliot has intereacted with mr robot in any of the scenes since i realized this

 

I swear I'm never one of those people that figure this stuff out. I guess someone has to be part of the dumb audience.

 

took a break from watching this for a couple months, but im back at it. this show has women in refrigerators out the yingyang tho, i feel. at least two female characters pretty much exist solely to die. in one case to advance the plot and in one case mostly just to make a (dude) character feel (more) sad for an episode

american psycho influences becoming increasingly blatant...

in other news i somehow didnt notice him in the early episodes but super excited that Truxton Spengler has made his triumphant return to shows that i watch. i ****ing love Michael Cristofer and wish he was in more things. his voice and cadence are irreplaceable and he makes my life complete. thankfully, imdb says he's in every episode next season. promoted to series regular woo hoo!

speaking of promoted to series regular, im glad to see that lady macbeth wellich has had the same for the new season. she's oddly compelling in a way that her husband should be but often falls short of

i love gideon as a character. he really ties the show together

I got pretty tired of watching S2 , the guy's drousy voice-over did me in .

 

Yeah, I'm still going through season 2 on VHS backlog and I'm really wondering if I want to bother with season 3.
