I wish I could take you seriously, but then you said this: "X3 gets a lot of bad press because it failed to live up to potential. It wasn't as horrible as a lot of the fan-boys whine, and compared to the first 2 it is disappointing, but it isn't that bad."

    So I can't.

Apparently Marvel is working to clean-up the Ant-Man test footage, and will likely be posting it online sometime in the near future.

Somehow I can't see Aragorn casting spells. It's just not right. Maybe he oughta play a gruffier version of Balder? The other guy just doesn't say "Doc Strange" to me either. I'd be prefectly ok with someone like Ralph Fiennes for that role; after all, he's been dabbling with a magical character for a few years now, so what's another one to his resume? :p

I recant my previous statement: Jeremy Irons, now that's someone that could bring some class to the title of Sorcerer Supreme. Make it happen, Marvel!

Damn it Disney, screwing up the UK release of the Avengers. [face_waiting] It's missing extras from the Region 1 release and also for some reason a certain scene in the home release has been censored over here.

Or maybe they just edited it so he can come back and say 'it's only a flesh wound' later.

As much as I love that idea apparently the US release is uncut.

It doesn't matter as long as he comes back in, say, a re-enVISIONed manner.

I don't see what the big deal is. It's still pretty apparent from the scene that he is stabbed in the back. If the scene was omitted in its entirety, I would understand the frustration.

It's more that it was censored post-release rather than pre-release. The BBFC are even investigating the censorship as apparently Disney didn't resubmit the altered footage for the home release, which is breaking the law.

It also doesn't help when they outright lie and say that the spearhead is only remembered because they showed critics the US cut.

You should never take people seriously when they're telling the truth.

I don't think this has already been posted....

It's an artist's storyboard reconstruction of the Ant Man test footage.

This is going to be cheesier than an impossible counter by M. Bison and possibly more fun than 70's Godzilla.

I just hope it does not ruin the good run Marvel films are having.

As long as Edgar Wright stays involved I'm sure it will be entertaining at the very least.

Are we eventually going to get Namor and Black Panther?

They had dots on the Iron Man 2 Avenger location screen, darn it!

That's promising. Good news in addition to Rothman leaving Fox bodes well, hopefully.

Not a fan of what I've seen of Millar. But who knows, this could be good.

Maybe they won’t go with “He is Viggo! You are like the buzzing of flies to him!” or some other big name as Dr. Strange. After all, Chris Hemsworth’s biggest role before Thor was as Captain Kirk’s dad.

Just as long as a Dr. Strange movie is made. And it doesn’t suck.

EDIT: Actually, if he could pull off an eastern European accent, “He is Viggo!” could rock it as Baron Mordo. Anybody who has seen the Prophecy knows that he can totally own an evil role.
