Young Jedi Knights Index (YJK pairings/characters) - new stories 06/12/05 + note!

I'm glad to see the YJK Index is getting back into the swing of things. I don't have any great suggestions for the new thread other keep it going.

 

Yes, I'm taking over the community stuff. I was thinking about doing some challeneges. I can't award you colors or anything, but you do get the nifty title of "YJK Index whatever challenge Winner". I'd liked to know how many people would be interested in doing them? cause if no ones going to do them, i won't waste my time coming up with interesting ones

YJK challenges do have some appeal to me as well.

 

If it's a YJK challenge, I'll definitely consider writing for it.

 

Well since people do seem to want to do them i guess i will do them. I was going to wait till after my spring break was over for the first one, but since i give such a long length of time to do them i might as well do it now.

Challenge 1: What Ever Happened to?

Start Time: Friday, March 4th @ 9:00 Board time
End Time: Friday, March 18th @ 9:00 Board time
Judged Based on: How well the story is written, Clarity of Plot, spelling, punctuation and grammer will all be taken into account
Length: 200- 1000 words (I will check so don't go over)
The Challenge: The NJO (as much as some people hate it) explains what happens to most of the YJK characters, but it leaves a few out. Write the story of what happens to Anja Gallendro or Rabba. Where do they go from where we left them in YJK books? What are the they doing now?


Rules:
1. No story is eligible that has already been posted. All works must be new

2. All stories must be Sent via Pm to me (Rose_Skywalker).Please put YJK index challenge in the title.

Once Winners have been announced, you can post your story anywhere you want, or continue it if you'd like (I'd like to see some Anja stories).

One question, though. How old was Anja Gallandro during the YJK books? Or where can I find out?

 

I think Anja was about 20-22.

well they have till 9 PM (board time) tonight to get them in, so there is still time. Yes, I have some promising ones.

 

Well, I was working on the index, and I realized...this site really doesn't need another thread So we're sticking with this thread. As an alternative of having everything together like organized people, I'll get things together, then post them all on the first new page.

Therefore, if you know of/have any YJK (character, pairing or series) fan clubs, fanlistings, or writing/art sites (these can include personal sites, so long as there is a relevant amount of YJK content), please send me links! If the site you sent me has a rating above that of JC, PLEASE tell me so I can put a warning up

What's the deal with post #251?
