Your car: Automatic or manual transmission?

My last three vehicles have been automatic. Before that, I owned a manual for four years.

 

Automatic.

It's a pain to find anything with a manual transmission anymore outside of a sports car or truck.

 

Manual of course. Automatic is for people who have only one arm.

 

Automatic. I've only driven a stick shift once, and I've decided that I really want to learn how to so my next car can be a manual transmission.

 

Automatic's the only thing I can drive and half decent to say that. I've only been a car with manual a few times.

 

Both, though the manual is more of a project car.

I haven't even learned stick yet. I want to, though.

 

Manual. More power, more control, more fun.

I abhor automatic transmissions. I always feel like I should be knitting when I'm driving because it's so boring.

automatic is hard enough for me to drive safely.

but I voted 'don't drive' because I don't officially yet.

 

I learnt in a manual... but loathed it. Now I drive in an automatic, and love it. I intend to avoid manual transmission like the plague.

 

All of my vehicles have been automatic, though I do like the stick occasionally.

Automatic. Stick-shift is out-dated,IMHO.

 

MANUAL transmission only please, I've have driven Automatic, you just can't get the same acceleration.
