O man what was I thinking, when you mentioned the felucia thing i just remembered, it was not bly, I know that Vos was with Bly and Aayla at one point and that he was on Kashyyyk with Cmdr. Gree when Order 66 was declared but I don't know the answer to the first part of your origional question.

I don't know who was under Plo Koon but I do know that it was a clone pilot who killed him. Here is a page that has a picture of that pilot http://www.starwars.com/databank/organization/clonetrooperpilots/index.html you can even see Plo Koon's ship on the targeting screen.

My favourite Clone Commander would either be Cody or Bacara. I liked Cody from LoE and Clone Wars mini-series and Bacara because He is just cool and awesome.

 

Bly is my favortie Clone for several reasons: 1. His EU material is awesome. 2.His armor rocks. 3. He's got the hottest Jedi General in the Galaxy.

 

Bly definitely has the hottest general, no doubts there. But I'm still going with Cody simply because of the trust built between he and Obi-Wan over the years that was severed in an instant without remorse.

 

Cody is my favorite because I love his armor and his jetpack. And Sapient is right, the friendship/trust, between him and Obi-Wan evaportaed in an instant.

 

The clone pilot that killed koon didnt have a name nor was he a commander. That message was originaly for bacara, because plo koon should have been fighting with ki adi mundi. Instead plo koon had to go to cato nemodia and then the message was re-routed to the clone pilot who was flying with koon hence no name was said when the order was given out from sidious.

 

As reported in a Set Diary, Plo Koon was originally to have a line of dialogue: "There they are. Land on the nearest platform." Not exactly the most inspirational of last words.* In the script, he too gets blasted away by clones, but the screenplay describes the action as happening on Mygeeto, the same planet Ki-Adi-Mundi is on. This, of course, changed, but it is the reason why the clone commander who takes him out was never named. All the other clones stationed on Order 66 worlds have names -- Gree on Kashyyyk, Neyo on Saleucami, Bly on Felucia, and Cody on Utapau. Cato Neimoidia's clone never got an identifier because Sidious' order was originally directed to Bacara, when the action was to take place on Mygeeto.
