JCC Your favorite comic villains?

I liked The Merk from Nexus...
Dr Seuss looking super powerful, insane alien that forces someone to become an executioner for justice (sort of).
It was a very improbable mix, his child like design and whacky antics at odds with how dangerous and imbalanced he was.
Also, his motives were more complex than just the naked ambition to rule the world, universe, etc.

 

I know it's not the comics, but I have a soft spot for Terence Stamp's Zod. Isn't he the only comic villain on film who actually got what he wanted? Quite easily too. So much so that he's bored.
