    Some of my favorites have to be...(besides the breathing of Vader)

    1:Tie Fighter whine

    2:At-At when it walks

    3: At-St when IT walks

    4:last but not least, the ewoks trumpets right before they attack the stormies at the sheild generator.

    good stuff....

    My favorite is definitely the one scene after the gate has closed in Echo Base in ESB, when C3P0 says "Artoo has been known to make mistakes....from time to time."

    The noises you can hear from his joints during the "..." just add to the feeling.

    Lightsaber sounds (all of them: clashes, ignition, shutting down, humming etc.)

    X-Wings opening their wings into attack position while flying towards the first Death Star.
