    There are so many beautiful vehicles in the Prequels, that I can not choose a favourite.

    But I will mention a few of my favourites.



    The Venator from ROTS
    Both Jedi Starfighters
    Slave I ofcourse
    The ARC-170 fighter
    The Republic Gunship
    Padmé's starships are all cool and beautiful

    This is a tough one, as I like many of the ships, but my favorite would probably have to be the N-1 Starfighter.

    The Republic Venator-class Star Destroyer, since it's the predecessor to the world famous Imperial Star Destroyers.
