Cloud City theme (Is there a track for this?)

Depends what you mean. There are two Cloud City themes, one is usually called "Lando's Palace," it's the stately march in the track of the same name. It also shows up in "Betrayal at Bespin" and "The Clash of Lightsabers." The other theme doesn't have a name, because, well, almost nobody has noticed it. I am talking about a descending horn motif. It plays quietly in "City in the Clouds," and is reprised in "Rescue from Cloud City." It may show up in other places, I don't remember.

R2-D2 and C-3PO theme (Was this only used in ESB?)

    Yes.

The Lando's Palace theme. I was wondering if there was a track released for it like The Imperial March, Across the Stars, etc.

I have yet to hear a Star Wars theme I haven't liked.

If I had to narrow it down however it would either be the Force theme or the Han Solo and Princess Leia theme.

The most beautiful rendition of any Star Wars song however, in my opinion, is the "Han Solo and the Princess Suite". I listen to that regularly.

It's a three-way tie for me: Anakin's Theme, the Force Theme, and Han and Leia's Theme.

I don't think I dislike any Star Wars them, even in the PT. Such a tough but fun question, here's my list:

    1) The chase through the meteorites in ESB. MF escaping Hoth.
    2) Parade of Ewoks.
    3) Luke and Leia's theme.
    4) Duel of Fates.
    5) Across the Stars.

    Hm...
    1) Across the Stars
It seems to be played so passionately... I love it! :D

    2) Parade of the Ewoks
    Happy go lucky, you know...

    3) The Imperial March
    So very catchy...

    I like
Imperial March, Parade of the Ewoks, Emperor's Theme and Battle of Endor II [Final Duel] (Between Luke and Vader.)

The final duel cue ("The Dark Side Beckons") is mostly non-thematic score. Later, when Palps is toasting Luke, we hear the Emperor's Theme, followed by a brief statement of the Force Theme when Vader tosses Palps.

My favorite theme is probably the Throne room as its very dramatic. I also like the opening theme too.

I'm pretty sure there is no score for Obi-Wan vs. Maul after Qui-Gon has been stabbed.

But DOTF is a great choice. ;)

DotF is a really great one. That's gotta be up there, and I'm sure with RotS we'll hear even more fantastic uses of it.

My favourite themes overall, though, are:

    The Force Theme
    The Emperor's Theme

they're all so good, im not sure what to pick. well, here's 5, not necessarily in order:

    1. imperial march
2 (tie). opening scroll theme (the star wars theme in other words)/death star II ambush
    3. force theme
    4. duel of the fates
    5. emperor's theme

I'm rather fond of the Force Theme and Imperial March myself. But needless to say I'm at a tie between the Force Theme played at the end of Return of the Jedi and the Force Them played in the Shadows of the Empire Soundtrack. The theme in Shadows intertwins Xizor's Theme at the get go and then hits a high note before going to a REAL quiet Imperial March that builds up and hits a very STRONG but short Rendition of the Force Theme that is stunning. The fact that this is a Not a John Williams Track makes it even more amazeing in my opinon.
