seek out the truth behind rumours that a former Imperial
general is gathering forces to strike at the new republic's
heart.

As Princess Leia and her apprentice travel to the outer
rim, her former husband Han Solo has managed to get
himself and his ever faithful friend Chewbacca caught up
with pirates and smugglers working for the Hutt criminal
empire...

It is a fragile period of rebuilding what once was THE REPUBLIC. While THE EMPEROR was killed decades ago his influence remains. Attacks form the remnant of THE EMPIRE have been continuous assassinating all leaders who dare turn their backs on them.

JEDI MASTER LUKE SKYWALKER was sent with C-3PO for a secret meeting with many brave world leaders daring enough to join regardless of any personal danger to themselves on the remote world of TATOOINE due to its distance from any Imperial bases or known fleets. However a distress signal from the meeting was triggered and now hope seems lost to end decades worth of fighting.

ADMIRAL HAN SOLO has launched on a dangerous rescue in the fastest ship in the galaxy THE MILLENNIUM FALCON with his daughter Jedi _____ SOLO and his nephew in law JEDI _____ SKYWALKER in a critical extraction mission to save the best hope for a peaceful end to decades of galactic termoil.

Hehe, in all seriousness something like "It is a perod of galactic peace" Kind of mirrors A New Hope's "It is a period of Civil War" or however it goes.

 

After three terrible wars, the New Republic and Jedi have returned a fragile peace to the galaxy.

We don't need to know quite yet what the third war was after the Clone and Galactic Civil; just canonize that it happened and save us from a parade of EU boredom as we explore what kind of sauce Han used for his backyard BBQ. If you want to let our Big 3 be happy for 30 years, the third war can involve offscreen forces like Imperial survivors or Hutts. Just say it happened, salt it away for later, and move on.

The chancellor of the Republic, Leia Organa Solo is distracted.
Her daughter, Beatrice Eunice Alexis Doris Solo,
has gotten her navel pierced and dyed her hair orange.
On top of this, her son, Han Eric Wulfric Vincenzo Solo Jr. is participating
in the banned sport of Ewok Tossing.
To make matters worse, her husband, General Han Solo,
keeps leaving his underwear on the floor.

It has been 30 years since the defeat of the Galactic Empire and the death of Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader.
The Rebel Alliance has formed the New Republic to finally bring peace to the galaxy, but the remnants of the Empire are not so easily vanquished.
A new leader has risen, a strategic genius who plans to destroy the New Republic and bring the Empire back to it's former glory.
The last Jedi-Knight Luke Skywalker lives in isolation on his home planet of Tattooine, torn between fulfilling the dying wish of his master Yoda to train a new generation of Jedi and the fear of losing a student to the Dark Side of the Force, which could result in a threat even more dangerous than the Empire.
But as the remnants of the Empire prepare for a massive assault on the New Republic, Luke is forced to make a decision that could plunge the whole galaxy into a new age of darkness...

 

A period of tranquility has befallen the divide galaxy
after the signing of the Treaty of Coruscant.
Yet the peace is very much fragile.

 

Trade! There are capitalists on both sides. As the galactic commerce guild finalizes a contract with the correllians to build new freight shipping transports for Naboo, a dispute breaks out with a older gungan diplomat who is convinced that big boomers are worth more in the public trading system. Queen Leia of the NEW REPUBLIC dispatches her 10 and 11 year old children to find their uncle so he can settle this dispute with the mysterious gungan and restore order to the galaxy...

 

A new Republic has risen from the ashes of the evil Empire. Former foes have forged an uneasy alliance to bring peace to the galaxy. However, without the legendary Jedi Knights, the galaxy is in peril from the countless threats lurking among the stars.

Long after the battle of Endor the NEW REPUBLIC flourishes.
The Jedi Order however has not been restored.

The few remaining Jedi are outcast after their failure to prevent
the fall of the old republic and the destructive galactic civil war.

NOW the peace of the NEW REPUBLIC is shattered after a brazen attack by an unknown enemy.

Overwhelmed by this new threat the republic reluctantly seeks out Jedi Master Luke Sykwalker...

 

I never understood why people have a problem with that line. To the Republic, Obi-Wan is a hero. To the Separatists, Dooku is a hero. Simple. Points of view and all that.
