I for one, being the party animal that I am, will leave work, get home and sip a beer. Then I shall post here on the forums and dispense Likes and wisdom upon facebook, then watch some tv, read a book(currently Otherland 2) then go to bed and sleep around 9 pm.

My son and I know how to party.

 

I've got 3 options:


1) Going out with a couple of friends for dinner, drinking & possible mini-golf.

2) Having dinner with other friends at one of their homes, with members of their families (a potluck dinner I've been told).

3) Home alone, drinking & smoking the night away.

 

Don't drink alone, man... bad scene.

My friend is throwing a party and when I described it to another person as "low key" she got offended and reminded me that we would be playing Spaceteam.

So, Spaceteam and baked brie and crudités.

 

Space team?

 

^Mobile game. Quite possibly the best one....everyone should play it.

 

Oh. It requires friends.

 

Friends in the same room as you. Which is the worst kind of friends.

 

Yech. The worst.

 

No a party person so I'll do a nice late lunch of roast beef, potato, and veg. Once I go offline from here later in the evening I'll probably have a couple of G&Ts while reading in bed and listening to the radio.I'm normally in bed well before midnight.

 

Early evening training session then dinner and a few beers with the crew from the gym. Most are going on to parties, this old man will be going home early.

 

Volunteering at a homeless shelter.

Just kidding, I'm gonna drink myself into a stupor with my fiancee and some of our friends and have sloppy drunken sex until we pass out.

 

dinner at 8 with friends and all the kids, *including* teenagers. 9:30 - everyone makes good luck pigs out of marzipan and we hand out awards for the best marzipan pigs. 10:00 - teenagers part ways for various plans that by no means under any circumstances include underage drinking of alcohol. Oldies stay home and play Pictionary or whatever. At midnight my wife and I dance the Viennese Waltz as we've done every year since what seems like the beginning of time. We kiss. Hug everybody. Round up the little kids and then everyone goes home. Teenager stumbles in the door sometime after 3 am.

 

Sober, of course.

 

Of course. It's the drugs that cause the stumbling.
