I'm curious why you think these two can't fit in the new canon?

Everything, including post NJO. The Denningverse never bothered me. Were the swarm wars great books? no, but they were okay. I enjoyed fate of the jedi and Legacy of the Force. I actually enjoyed Jacen's descent to the dark side as the only real option after captivity by Vergere and the Vong. I enjoyed Ben and Luke's journey together. I didn't enjoy Mara's death per say, but I can't say that she didn't die on her own terms.

Since Gardulla the Hutt came back in TCW, I don't see Bounty Hunter as apart of the timeline since we see her eaten by her own krayt dragon. Though they could make adjustments to the story where everything besides Gardulla's demise still happened. Without the Vector comics, I can see Dark Times being apart of the new canon, liked Dass Jennir, so I wouldn't mind seeing him in the new canon.

I've forgotten about Gardulla. As for Vector, as it is in Dark Times I think it can fit. The problem with fitting Vector in canon are the stories in Rebellion and Legacy. For example, IF Dark Times is brought into canon, there are two ways I can think of to deal with Vector: continue/conclude the story of Celeste from there and make it new, or just leave it at that. The second option wouldn't be a plot hole imo, as Celeste would be stranded on a desolate, insignificant moon in the middle of nowhere. Besides, the whole story of Vector was mainly about Celeste, and ultimately does not affect the outcome of Dark Times.

-ImpCom simply isn't canon. Order 66 ends happy.
-Storm Commandos are a part of the ISB.
-These guys are actually ARC Troopers.
-General Ferroda was under Anakin's Sector Army.
-Lumiya was secretly Vader's apprentice (Starkiller 2.0), thus she's an official Sith Lord.
-"Shadow Guard" was an informal nickname for the Sovereign Protectors.
-Alpha-17 never went missing; He made it back to Corrie safely.
-TCW and the rest of "Canon" aren't canon.
    -Except for Rogue One.
    -Rogue One was awesome.
    -TFU II also never happened.
-The Empire was the dominant power after the 2nd Imperial Civil War. Sorta like America after WWII. The Galactic Alliance would be France.
-Inquisitorius became the Order of Imperial Knights at some point in the Remnant's history.
-The New Sith Wars would have been more "realistic".

The conflict in Legacy should be called the third galactic civil war, honestly I have no idea why it's called the third imperial civil war?

Personal bits of head canon-after TFU II Vader escapes and the Marek Clone, Eclipse and Kota are all killed in the process, the empire conducted operations of a covert/propaganda nature against the GA after FOTJ with the Imperial Mission being the culmination of its efforts.

Nihl, Talon, and Saarai survived Legacy Volume 2 and fled deeper into hiding.

The Baneite Sith engaged in master apprentice relationships-Gean and Gravid for example setting a precedent for Caedus and Tahiri, and Cade and Talon.

The Nagai fell into civil war sometime during the post crucible era-hence Nihl formerly being a warlord.

In the waning decades of the galactic alliance, interstellar and interplanetary rivals became common-Rhommamool and Ossarian sort of local conflicts. The Empire took advantage of this as an offerer of stability.

The GA in the 80 years before the Sith imperial war was always bustling with under the surface intrigue and instability. One of the consequences of the SCGW and the Caedus/Niathal Coup was a increased distrust in the military. Admirals and Generals were less and less competent after the heroes of the Galactic Civil War and Vong War passed away and the major figures of the Second Galactic Civil War retired from public life.

The Chiss kept strong ties with the remnant and the empire of the hand which served a bridge between the Empire and Chiss creating a sort of kinship between them. The Chiss also gained hegemony over the western galactic quadrant defeating the "hundred terrors", subduing slavers, malicious species, and various sundry little empires while containing through rather harsh means the Mnggal-Mnngal.

The Hutts, and Hapans maintained their neutrality in the post crucible decades with Hapes retreating into some renewed isolationism before Queen Allana's Ascension and the Hutts maintaining a fierce grip in the underworld.

The various minor powers such as the centrality struggled to maintain their independence-few were lucky to do so, even powerhouses such as the Corporate Sector were reintegrated.

Luke died in 81 ABY at 100 years old with Leia dying a few years after.

All the generation born between 20 BBY and 30 or so ABY was dead by 120 ABY at the very latest.

During the first five or so millennia of the republic there were other conflicts fought against hostile aliens, recalcitrant groups such as the Tion and intercorporate power struggles for colonies and resources.

The New Sith Wars had a combined death toll of day at least 2 Quadrillion from battle, disease, isolation, crime waves and so on. A millennia long conflict with multiple conflicts within and candorian plague and so on was rightfully called the republic dark ages with the Sith ascendant yet in constant inner strife, the Jedi becoming chancellors for centuries straight and ruling whole worlds and systems as near barons. During this time there was an abundance of piracy, mass migration and all sorts of trauma.

The Baneite Sith worked to string various anti-republic and anti-Jedi movements along in the decline of the republic. Groups and leaders that the Baneites feared might escape their control were put down, and various unsundry aspects of galactic society from criminals to any and all terrorist groupings and movements were at least indirectly under the Sith's influence.

The conflict in Legacy is known as the 2nd Imperial Civil War. I think it's a perfect name. During the comic it might seem more like a 3rd Galactic CivWar, but you need to remember that the Alliance was quite insignificant in the war; It was really an inter-Imperial conflict. As far as Krayt and his cronies were concerned, they were fighting a breakaway faction of the Empire; The Alliance were barely a nuisance.

Edit: LOL I clicked on this thread thinking it's some other forum, so I should add I've never really been interested in the EU.

How long does everyone have Allana ruling from the Throne of Balance?
Making my own version of the post NJO series universe and might make her born a couple years before my own version of DNT and start her rule at 50 ABY at age 18.
Not going to do the whole Sith-Imperial War thing because of having the Vong into the story the whole time, but the Sith do attack 130 ABY or so.
So how close should I push the Throne of Balance rule to 130 ABY? 115 ABY? 120 ABY?

I'd say age 25 (or 21). For a mature Allana.

I'd say give her at least 25 to 30 year reign.

Assassinations and coups and just tired and fake death.
The Sith would probably wound up their propaganda machine and tell the masses how evil their ruler is. And the Hapans would probably feel that she's not pretty enough.

Seriously though, I am trying to avoid Allana being a Mary Sue.

For me, SW has a multiverse. Some stories may be legends; some in-universe and some out of universe, but even those that are legend or conventionally canon, both happen (let's say, because SW is an alien galaxy with strange characteristics, so legends are more real in SW than they are IRL). The physical laws of the galaxy are different, so there's sound in space, movement through space is different, and characters can survive with a breather for environmental conditions (Han and Leia in the "cave" in the asteroid field. Time passes differently in different parts of the galaxy (Luke training on Dagobah while Han and Leia avoid the Empire).

Everything I've read or watched counts, even if it's categorized in different aspects of the multiverse. So the original Marvel comics have their own narrative space, and the Zahn/Stackpole/Bantam stories are another version. Obviously the new EU is building yet another 'verse. The Clone Wars TV show connects some of these realities, to a certain extent.
