Well I'm going to start making a "fake documentary"

yes indeed. I had the idea from drop bear shenanigans discussed here.

 

I'm currently doing a sketch of a WWI British Infantryman, but I haven't yet completed it as I'm tied down with my uni assignments.

 

When you say sketch, do you mean a comedy sketch, or an artistic one...?

Actually, forget that. I just read that you do sketching, so that answers my question. I'd love to do visual works for my own place...

Well, I can draw...but they're not that great.

 

Well,gearing up to do a short film I've had in development for what seems like forever, also writing a feature film script, and in the middle of putting together a folio of my miniature sculpting/painting work.

Working on other genres for the folio, but I do have some snaps of some Lord of the Rings minis i've done:

Wow. They're really good. And those things are hard to paint.

 

Sith Magician, does that mean you'd get jobs making miniatures for museums, etc?

And yeah, chasing work doing museum type stuff, TV & film, (even commercials) that type of thing.

I'm already doing custom sculpt commissions and I've done some music video work.

 

Wow, evidently minitures are used a hell of a lot more than I thought!

 

But not nearly as much as they should be.

 

I have an idea:

A mockumentary about mockumentaries!

 

Would it really be a mockumentary then?

Every great artist has 1000 bad drawings in them. So you better start getting them outta the way.

 

You know, I'm probably almost there then...

 

Yeah, I think I'm up to about 997 or so with that one.

But I still prefer writing over drawing/sketching. I'm toying with the idea of writing a Clone Wars fan fic ( ) that examines morality (and this is something that I have wanted to do for about two years now), while finishing off the other two parts of my satirical piece...
All I need is a lull between my assessments, which will come up soon.

Working for 1ABN, USA Christian Television station..

Partially related to uni:

Submitted a 'brand package' of graphics for the upcoming webcasting station that CSU is setting up. (CSUTV1)

I'll be working as a 2D animator on the project, but here's hoping my graphics get chosen for the look of the brand.
