Well, If we go back to YJK Zekk was he one who won the race on Ord Mantell.

 

in the NJO, Zekk flew a few ships. Jaina was snubbing it with the best

 

I'm pretty sure that things have changed since the events of the Young Jedi Knights series.

Jaina is a Rogue Squadron pilot. Star by Star and Dark Journey both strongly emphasized her superiority to Zekk in regards to piloting skills.

 

Zekk pilots big things.

Jaina pilots little things.

Big things are slow.

Little things are fast.

When you are trying to make a gettaway, you want to fly fast.

They have different talents. I can see Zekk flying a Blockade Runner, but Jaina's still one up in an X-Wing

 

Nom Anor's frigate was larger than an X-Wing...

I don't think so. Jaina can both fly, the Jade Shadow, the Falcon, and an X-wing plus Nom Anors ship. She is a rogue squadron pilot. Zekk can only fly big ships, while Jaina has the more experience with medium and small ships. I think they have emphasized that in SBS and DJ. I believe it was said near the beginning of DJ that if anyone who could get them out alive is Jaina because she was the better pilot of the two.

AS IF!!! In DJ, she rescues them all by flying the Ksstarr or whatever out of a YV army. Zekk was just narrowly saving them from being vaped.
Therefore, Jaina wins.
