This week, Grand Theft Auto IV

 

That one was pretty good. Although, it's hard to like it when it's clear he actually likes GTA 4. Then again, it's always fun for him to point out flaws that a lot of reviewers miss most of the time.

Yahtzee comments on Oblivion and I finally find someone who agrees with me that's in an over-rated piece of tosh.

 

Repeat of the console wars episode this week. Watching it, you can really see how much faster and funnier he is now than he was when he started.

 

While I was disappointed there wasn't anything new this week, it was interesting to go back and take a look at his early stuff. Some of his past stuff still gets me cracked up.

 

I remember when I could have laughed at a PS3 without getting yelled back in return. I still laugh at it, but it's less fun now.

 

I can't load any page from the whole site. It's been like that for a while now. None of the links from here or google work. I've tried Firefox and IE, they both bring back "page cannot be found". I don't know what's going on.

One in particular gets a bit of a pounding

 

He seems to be ragging on CAD quite a bit.

 

I think I might like his review of Painkiller the best. It's so obvious that he loves this game (which is rare), that I actually went out and picked it up after listening to the review...

 

Which is understandable as CAD is awful.

 

No wai! CAD is awesome.

Yeah, I loved him ripping on CAD


But the rips on xkcd made me sad

Although he made it up in the end by stating that he was aware of his hypocrisy

 

CAD used to be funny back during the time when Ethan was having dreams of Zelda: The Wind Waker.

And the Xbot robot was amusing.


But yeah, it seems to fit into a formula. "Least I Can Do" also fits into that formula with Rayne filling in for Ethan. What makes LICD better, though, IMO, is that the random things are funny and sometimes mirror what I myself am thinking at times.

 

Gaming Comic wise the only ones I like are Penny Arcade and VG Cats. I wish that they updated VG Cats more often though.

 

The only online comics I read with any regularity are xkcd and Cyanide And Happiness. The rest are VERY hit or miss for me.
