Actors are also often wired with lavalier microphones for backup audio, and sometimes the voice audio is discarded in favor of ADR/looping. A famous example of that not happening is the death of Carrier Fisher making her unavailable to do looping for The Last Jedi, meaning that all her dialogue was dependent on that guy holding the boom over his head.

Total guess but Deak Starkiller is either Anakin or Luke Skywalker before the name change.
Again, guessing that Darth Nihilus must be from the old EU.
Drew Struzan is the artist who did the posters. I love his work.

Have you seen the infamous Star Wars Holiday Special?
It's too painful to watch, and this is probably one of the terrible things to do.

 

I guess it's who ever played him physically in R1 .

also - I don't think Jake Lloyd would count as he never played Vader .

 

Darth Nihilus is from KOTORII and is mostly a compelling argument against any claims that Obsidian knows how to structure an endgame dungeon (see also: every Obsidian game).

 

After Google-ing, they credit Jake Lloyd as the child who would become Darth Vader.
The guy I was missing was Bob Anderson.

But then Google said there's also:
Ben Burtt credited for "The Breathing"
Matt Lanter as the voice actor in The Clone Wars cartoon
and C. Andrew Nelson played him in The Special Edition Addition in ESB - "Alert my Star Destroyer to prepare for my arrival."

According to IMDb, Spencer Wilding and Daniel Naprous are credited for playing Darth Vader in Rogue One, so there's definitely more than 7, but since it's the UNOFFICIAL book, all the information within is also unofficial.

 

Unlike the rest of Star Wars, the Holiday Special is good.

 

So this joker has written this book, and it's just wrong. Why even ****ing bother.

Well he's ALMOST correct if you go by Wikipedia's definition of Darth Vader and you don't count the stunt double and the voice work in other media, then you have 7 who portrayed Darth Vader. Maybe he doesn't count the breathing because then you could say Ben Burtt plays the part of lightsaber too.

There was a Darth Vader at ToysRus I saw once , who played him ?

 

I think we have to be honest here, guys, and just say it - the Clone Wars cartoon was really bad. Not as bad as the prequels, but still just awful.

 

I thought the clone wars cartoon was pretty good . ok I've forgotten most of it due to excessive alcohol intake , but still ...

 

I remember you saying just that when we met.

 

it's nice to be remembered .

 

It was terrible. Rebels was mostly good except for:

Which was in the most prequel inspired series, proving Dave Filloni is 75% a bad person.

 

And anytime anybody walked.

 

I liked Clone Wars overall, but the whole "Maul teams up with Death Watch" arc was the worst type of mastubatory fanboy nonsense.

 

Ok but it had a character who called Anakin Skywalker "Skyguy" in its pilot movie. It cannot be good ever.

 

well that's perfectly normal if anakin skywalker was the name of your cat. my cat's name is wyatt and i mostly call him wy guy or wifi.

 

Anakin was the name of a paper thin caricature in a third rate cartoon based on fifth rate films, and given the nickname by the single worst canon character in Star Wars history.
