I finally saw it. This was an excellent episode about a prodigal child coming back to their family. I give it my highest marks. I am also excited for Sabine presumably abandoning her extravagant hairstyle in favor of the more traditional coloring favored by her mother. Likewise with her armor. Having determined to become a traditional Mandalorian, she is going to get real armor and an actual art form instead of all that subversiveness they loaded her down with in earlier seasons.

 

I haven't been to 8SA since January, so I poked my head in on Sunday and....it's even worse. How is this possible?

 

I have never been there. Worse than what?

I'm the biggest Star Wars fan around. Believe me.

 

I've visited the 8SA less (so far) than I did for the 7SA in the run up to TFA; when are we going to get a damn trailer for TLJ anyway?

 

Rogue One's first trailer was in April. Celebration starts on April 13.

i am so gonna wait in line for hours so i can be in the room full of nerds that maybe get to see a 90 second commercial for the first time. it's gonna be great.

 

Don't forget said nerds will be drowning out the trailers sound. What better way to see it?

 

The best way to see it is a shakycam video on YouTube apparently recorded with a busted first-generation iPhone 30 minutes before the official version is put up on the site anyway.

If a new Star Wars trailer is shown in a theater full of nerds, does it make a sound?

 

I saw this "trailer" for Episode 8 the other day and thought "Huh, did I miss something? Trailer's out already?" Turns out it was just some fan-made video and the title was a complete lie.

A spaceship. Flashing lightsabers. The Gollum sith lord guy. Ren. Rey. Finn. Luke. Hyperspace. Pew pew from blasters. Pew Pew from X Wings/TIE Fighters. The Falcon. Chewie.

Is it crass to put Leia in or an affront to leave her out? That's the big mystery of the trailers. Perhaps you leave her out of the teaser, because it would be crass, but include her in full trailer one, because not to do so would be an affront. Is it crass to talk about it?
