oh , didn't know this was an actual rumor (I'm so far behind ) . Well , no . I mean if he is in it then it begs the question : how long do these Force ghosts hang about ?? 60 years ? , move on for f's sake ! You had your go around .
I think a maximum of 3 years should be allowed for hanging about , otherwise it's like some old sit-com .

 

I don't think they just wander around.
If they're at one with the Force, presumably they can just manifest a form if someone in tune with the Force like Luke wants to talk to them.
I see no problem with Anakin appearing as a ghost if it makes sense in the story. It would be better than the original TFA idea which was a Vader/Anakin hybrid ghost thing.

thing with these lists is they always tend to favor whatever is about 30 years old because of age demographics .
So 10 - 15 years ago ANH would always win , then a few years later it was ESB , then Bladerunner .
in a coupla years it'll be Aliens and then T2 .
