I think the force has got what it takes to do the job. Ananin wouldn't have to download from anything other than the force itself - ben kenobi's personality still seemed pretty intact some years after he died, when he 'met' Luke on Dagobah.

Plus maybe the planet could have some sort of familiarity with skywalker blood, after all those bonding thingy's jumped all over grampa skywalker all those years ago... (rogue planet? my memory's a bit hazy.)

 

I would have to got with the "Callista downloading one's spirit into another Machine/body" trick on this one.

As G12 said, it could be downloaded into a living Zenoma Sekot ship or . . . . could it be downloaded into the body of Tarc??? He has already been surgically altered to look like Anakin, albeit a bit younger than when Anakin died.

By the way, why are we so sure that Anakin is coming back from the dead?

And, what does Unicron have to do with all of this?
