Hey all, I have been eyein' the Zwei-Stein NLE, and it's GUI looks like it jumped right outta the eighties, but, that doesn't mean it may not be good. I did a search on free NLE's and I was suprised to see how many site were supporting it. So my question is, have any of you ever tried Zwei-Stein NLE before?

And Second, do any of you know of a freeware compositor? Perhaps one where lightsaber rotoscoping may be possible.

    Spankyou ALL!!!!

Axogon Composer can do rotoscoping and basic compositing as well.

Ich finde dass Zweistein mit seinen 2 Bedienknöpfen ziemlich schwierig is, also ich würde was anderes benutzen...

    that meant:

    Well. no.

I used google language tools. There's no way I could've said that on my own knowledge. But, I know french. Je parle ebonique tres bien, mais, je ne parle pas francais bien.

But, anywho, nobdy usin Zwei-Stein out there?

Anyone willing to test it out for me? My older bro gets edgey when I install programs, so I can't test it out myself, without substantial pain and suffering.

i tried it. it was weird, unlike other stuff i have used. but its nice for being free... but i'm sure you could figure out a way to afford something better. worth looking into though.

Je pense que le francais est une langue très belle, parce qu`il est la langue de l`amour! C`est la cinquième année d`apprendre cette langue... Mais mon LK (leistungskurs= [Course of Effort]) en anglais est plus imporatant. À bientôt!

Me also speaks french (well, at least well enough to survive, but not enough to easily understand a speaking french man and not enough to pretend being french)! :)

Well, not bad, some stuff kinda was messed up, but since you're trying to be multi-ligual (much smarter than me) i'll let it slide ;)

So, I seem to see based on what is said so far is Zwei-Stein is a fairly good program for being free, but the interface is confusing?

Yes, as a German could have figured out in my "well. No." Comment Zwei Stein seems to have only 2 buttons and one really can´t start something with it. Well, then rather buy a "better" program for a few bucks.
