Membership Requirements::
1. Meet age requirements set up by fanforce
2. Attend at least one official meeting
3. Register on TFN
4. Read and sign copy of charter and bylaws
5. Pay membership dues

-Next raffle will be held at the Christmas party
- Dragoncon rooms have been reserved, but are going fast. There is only one room left. If you would like to be in one of the rooms post your intention on the Dragoncon thread so more rooms can be reserved if need be.
Events::
-Are we trying to do too much?
-Member requirement for Official event:: 5 members
-Interest threads will be posted to determine if an event will be considered an Official Event
-Joint events with other Hampton Roads Fanforce are coming up in the near future.
-It has been agreed that an invitation will be extended to the HRR to attend our Christmas Party on the 16th.
Upcoming:
November 11th – VA ComicCon 10am to 4pm in Richmond
December 1st – Christmas Parade
December 15th – New game store opening called GameOn. TA has been invited to troop at this event for the grand opening. Costume or no costumes, everyone is encouraged to come and have fun. More details to come later.
