OT: SERENITY - charity screening June 24, 2006

All the info for the Toronto charity screening of Serenity is now up:

Saturday, June 24 at 4:00pm - doors open at 3:30pm.
The Royal Cinema - 608 College Street in Toronto
Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the theatre half hour prior to event.
You can also buy tickets in advance online through the Toronto
Paypal button (bottom of page) at:
http://www.canadianbrowncoats.com/charityscreenings.html
The movie is going to be on the BIG screen one more time.
Anyone else plan to go?

sounds cool. I would be interested. Just have to make sure I don't already have something else planned for that day/night. For some reason, the 24th sounds familiar to me.. I have to check my planner and will let you know.

Originally they tried to have it on June 23 for Joss' birthday but could not work it out. They also wanted people from out of town to be ale to attend so it was changed to the 24th

We cancelled our party because too many people had other plans so no party for me 
I doubt we would be able to come to Toronto as either this weekend or next we have to go visit his parents.

lol if we go to his parents we wont be going until 2pm so leaving their place sometime after 8pm so the time would clash.
We are thinking about that weekend but depends on how many would turn up.

The theatre holds 450 people and I have no idea how few or how many people will show up.

I want to go, but I am already busy that day and evening. Seems I am busy every weekend for t he next few months. Some weekends I am like double booked for stuff. Argggg. Hope everyone that goes has a great time.
