I am looking for comicshops/toystores in the area, but can only find a select few.
Specifically I am looking for the Alex Ross Justice Action Figure line. I tried silver snail and while they stay current its trying to find the ones I missed that will be hard.
Does anyone know of somewhere else to look?

Wow I just came back from the Silver Snail! I was drooling over a 3000 dollar Millenium Falcon...lol...
Here is a list I found of shops within Ontario that have toys...even though some are out of Toronto it might be worth the trip if you call to ask first!
Also, I thought you could always try one of these three sites that are classifieds for toronto in case someone else might have them:

toronto.kijiji.com

I used to work at a comic book shop just south of Bloor on Bathurst called Yesterday's Heroes. I think its still there. You may try them? It was a wonderful community place owned by a very nice older gentleman who didn't have a mean bone in his body.
