Polaris 22 is Canada's largest fan-run, not for profit science fiction convention, held in Toronto, Canada.

I know I am not looking forward to P22 at all. Neither was I last year and was able to squeek out a modest ok time but nothing like the TT years I went. Oh well they are dead so I dont think I am going this year at all. but we will see. baby coming and all I have to choose what cons to go to and I am still hoping for SFX

yeah i don't think i'll be going to this con. It was on one of my plans to attend but there really isn't anyone or anything there for me to go see. I think I may head down to london and visit my folks that weekend.

Jeannette and I are hoping to be there when it opens on Friday at 3pm...
EDIT:
We have run into some complications. Jeannette was bitten by a spider and the bite got infected. We have had to make daily trips to the doctor. Sadly we are going to have to pass on Polaris.

Damn,
I'm also going to have to pass. I've got a deadline on a project that is going right down to the wire. The con is not as much of a concern as is the commute. Last time I bussed all the way out there it took me almost two hours each way.
I really wish they would start holding this thing in downtown.
