Posted this thread because many of us need to modify our amror, or build costumes before CIV and April. We need a date, time, and place to host. My place is undergoing renovations, but if I have enough time, I could probably have it clean enough to Host but I am waaaay on the North end of town.

I think you left a few "aaa"s out of "way". IMHO, Catalina is beyond north end of town.
Seriously, this is a good idea. Count me in, wherever it takes place.

Well on the other end of the earth is my place. Huge and has a 3 car garage to work in with lots of tools and hopefully soon a nice airbrush set up. I could probably get Amber to make us a nice dinner and/or throw some steaks on the grill....

Has anybody thought of a day to do this? I'm hoping for a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. If a weekday, sometime after 5pm. the only time I'm not available is March 23 - 26.

I'm sure if we promise Amber that whatever we bring with us we WILL TAKE HOME with us, that she would be more than willing to order the pizzas for us.
Weekends would work best for me, also.

Talked to Dusty and Hal...Sunday sounded the best, it dont matter where we have it as long as we get stuff done. Make sure you have all the supplies you need so no one needs to stop and get something they forgot. (this is Inevitable)

I remember that Damian had said we could do it at his house...I dont know if the offer still stands though. It makes the most sense as WALLY WORLD and the Hobbitown and ACE are within 4 mins. Whatta ya say my dear ole' Dame?? Hmmm???
