A combination April/May meeting in early May sounds like the logical choice to make.
I don't know anything, but I thought there was some rule that Fan Forces need to have a meeting EVERY month. Or am I going crazy?

Technically, Mike is correct...but if no one objects to combining the meetings, I don't see the harm.

The rules of fan force are that we have to get together at least once a month. We more than have that covered as we get together several more times than once a month for many different types of events.. it does not have to be a formal meeting per say... just getting together counts. We should have an official meeting though. We could in fact have a April/May meeting on May 5th as several of you have suggested, or we can have the one at Bookman's (Dustin did in fact book Bookman's on the 21st)on the 21st if it does not time wise coincide with the running of Heart of an Empire, I have been waiting on the definitive word on what is the actual time for the movie to be shown, I have been given several different times for the showing time on the 21st from 1pm all the way up till 8pm.. still no one will confirm the correct time as far as I knew. I am hoping that has now changed. We can always have the meeting at someone's house though, or at Toy Boxx in Oro Valley or the food court at the mall, outdoors if it is nice outside.

I say, the more meetings the better. Less confusion, more gets done.

We have definetly already fulfilled the "get together once a month" requirement. So I agree in terms of April.
I think we should have the meeting either before the official start time of the teen challenge event, or after.
My folks love having us too, and offered their place.
Ill email bookmans to let them know we are bailing.

Thank you Dustin. I will check with the library Kat and see if we can use the library. we can also use the clubhouse here at the pool area like we did last year a couple of times. So we have a few options.. I will call the library in the morning and post what I find out.

just fyi this also coincides with a Lukemia walk in Phx with the DSG. Neil has the info, and it wont get posted until he gives Damian the go aheaad or he does it himself, but it looks oike its getting pretty big (its for one boy) and includes a few celebrities and bands.
So I dont know which Ill be attending as of now.
