I thought I'd give the attendees of C4 an opportunity to share with the rest of us back home how their time at C4 went. So have at it gang! Share with us the 30th anniversary of Star Wars out in L.A., CA. Share with us those evenings with Mark, George, Carrie, Harrison, etc... Share with us the special topic discussion panels discussion forums. Share with us the costume contests. Share with us any announcments made by the Flannel Jedi, concerning future Star Wars Television Production Projects. Share with us your favorite time at C4, while the rest of us were wishing we could afford to come along and be a part of it all too. Share with us your most inspired moment, when you felt the magic and felt like a kid again back in 1977 when you saw that huge honkin' Star Destroyer chasing down that hapless Alderronian blockade runner for the first time. Thanks for sharing!

Aahh! Thank you, KickingnScreaming. Those are some seriously tasty shots, of the Dune Sea Garrison on duty at Celebration IV. I can almost hear the voices and background sounds of the Fans. The interviews with the Celebrities or was that me simply refreshing my memories watching G4 on Friday Night? LOL 
Having worked security for Westercon46 and Leprecon17?,(Both at the Hyatt Regency Hotel with its beautiful view down below from overhead) and enjoyed Coppercon10 at the Jungle Inn-(All in the Phoenix metropolitan area)-back in-I believe-1985. I can imagine what it must be like now, only better with higher tech. Oh yeah, baby!

I wanted to tear away from work, sell my liver, fill up my Pathfinder and drive my happy arse over to CA and meet up with you guys..but alas, I am not as spontanious as I used to be. I really envy you guys for all the fun you had, people and things you had seen, and to walk amongst greats such as Pappa Flannel, and countless others...just seems mind blowing to me. In the instance that I felt this I came to realize something.. I am a geek. A big tatoo'ed sometimes scary, but all together nice guy geek..thanks fellas for helping me realize that..

Well.. As I thought. My guard helmet didn't survive the trip back. Cracked and broke right down the side. Not fixable.

Technically when he posted that it was very early morning.
I'm waiting for an appropriate time to call Cat.
I would have really liked to have seen all the painted Vader helmets in person. They looked very cool.
Was anyone caught up in the evacuation?

From what I hear not only are Damien and Chris cuddlebunnies now but my husband spent the day with another woman and invited her to dinner, all the while thinking she was a man... huhm..

In Chris' defense, I would like the record to show that Chris thought the female TIE pilot was an underage boy, that's why he invited him/her, err...

I had a blast. I won't have my pictures up for a while. I have to weed through them. I met a lot of JCers and my old fanforce friends. I met a group of kids from Sweden. They started singing at the party I was as last night. Nope they weren't ABBA but they could sing better than the others at the party. The rest is covered under the "What happened at C4, stays at C4".
I went through the archive exhibit, the helmet exhibit, R2D2 room and watched Star Wars in 30 Minutes twice! It is the most hilarious thing and a must see for any fan. I also went to the evening Carrie Fisher talk - she's a funny lady.
I never heard about the bomb scare until after the fact. Cat and I were inside the opening ceremonies. I think the bomb scare might have been more exciting.
Being single minded as I am, besides the C4 T shirt, I bought the Tatooine poster, a Luke Hoth Doll, a Luke concept figure and from Cat, got a Luke ROTJ print.
