As of now, per our CR, and I concur, all meeting threads will be in caps, and all discussion on meeting locations and times will be done on the previous months meeting thread so new members dont have to sift through 4 pages to find out where its gonna be!
Disregard the other thread it will be deleted.
WHERE: Sentinel Shadows Clubhouse (pool!)1379 W Tinna Pl.
WHEN: Set up and cooking begin at 4pm, official business, at 5.
Here is a Map. Take Cuesta South from W. Congress. The Clubhouse will be on the left, ON 1379 W Tinna Pl. its pretty easy to spot, look for the pool.

As we now only have one candidate for CR I suggest we just hold all elections at the meeting. I STILL have only received a handful of PMs regarding treausurer pros and cons. If you have something you would like to say PM me!
I finally was able to change the scrolling header........YAY!!!!
I need to know who will be taking the minutes at this meeting and if we can get Kat on speaker phone for most of it.

We need to resolve certain issues and problems that were brought up on the elections thread and the "questions and issues" thread. Ignoring them, or pretending things weren't said or done is not an option. if we all work together to fix things now, it will prevent the issues from becoming even bigger in the future, which they will if we do nothing.
