Well you can vote or put down you thoughts on paper or e-mail them to someone and have them speak on your behalf so you still ahve a voice even if you are not at the meeting.

So do we have an adjenda with what offices are up for election and what proposed changes are up to be made to the charter?
If not can we have one posted before the meeting?

Elections:
- Chapter representative runs meetings, moderates the Tucson forum, organizes and supports the chapter, handles media-related issues, and does anything else not covered by the other offices
- Secretary takes and posts the minutes from each meeting, handles club-related documents (such as this constitution), runs meetings if the CR is unable to attend
- Historian organizes photos from events and keeps our scrapbook up to date
- Librarian runs the Two Suns Fan Force Library, which includes handling the book collection and bringing the books to each meeting for members to check out
- 501st liaison coordinates Two Suns Fan Force involvement in 501st events
- Webmaster keeps our club website up to date
- Costumed event coordinator coordinates events in the community
- Treasurer we still need to discuss this issue

Since I won't be at the meeting, I just have a question about the light parade. Is it on the agenda so that we can decide if we are participating this year or so that we can discuss a possible float, etc..?

Due to an unexpected emergency the meeting scheduled for today is going to be moved to my house @ 4:30 PM.
It's in the central area off Oracle between Grant and Speedway.
