So far the consensus is the 26th, however H/V has SW Minis starting at 2pm, and last time we had to be out by then, and I remember fan forcers complaining about the 11am meeting start time, so unless they are willing to let us stay later, we may need to think of another place.
As soon as its settled Ill print flyers for distribution.

I would move for an afternoon meeting, though so that the church goers can come. Does a library branch or Bookman's have an opening?

I requested 3:30-6:30 at bookmans on grant the 26th if we get it is this ok with everyone?
